All orders are shipped via International First Class Registered Mail unless otherwise specified. The standard delivery time to countries in Europe and North America is 10-14 business days. We use discreet packaging to ensure confidentiality and also to expedite deliveries. If you prefer to use a courier service for delivery, we offer Express Post service for a nominal surcharge of $10 per order. This service includes an online tracking number, although this method of delivery may sometimes result in customs delays of up to 5 (five) business days. If you are interested in this option, please email us immediately after submitting your order. We have found however that the majority of customers are pleased with the standard delivery method.

We guarantee delivery of all orders. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable period of time, we will trace your order and re-ship to you at no additional charge if it has been lost, stolen, or returned to us for any reason. For incomplete orders, we will send you the difference to make up the full order. If for whatever reason the second order fails to arrive, then we will credit you for the full amount of the order.
